NXTR PM

NXTR PM is a printer that embodies the NXTR concept of reducing line size, high area productivity, front operation, and ease of use.
It is built to support wide panel and frame sizes, and has the capability to print delicate solder patterns.
By creating optimum production schedules using the Fuji system, and linking with other machines in the line, it is possible to achieve stable production.
Various data is collected within the machine, which can then be used to maintain quality and the state of the machine.

Nexim

As products become more varied, the shift toward variable-mix variable-volume production is accelerating. Changes to bewildering production schedules and frequent machine changes lead to defective products and missed deadlines, and several other difficult problems are arising such as increasing inventories of materials, parts, and products.
Nexim is a production system that integrates the functions of the production cycle (Plan, Do, See) for reliable planning support and changeover support, flexible data management, and maintaining high operation rates and quality.

Auto Feeder Maintenance Unit

The Auto Feeder Maintenance Unit thoroughly cleans the interior of feeders, and then measures and corrects the tape indexing accuracy. The maintenance history and inspection results are automatically registered to the system.

Smart Nozzle Cleaner

Automates nozzle cleaning, inspection, and setting
Periodic maintenance for nozzles, which could directly affect placement quality, is vital. Smart Nozzle Cleaner does not just clean nozzles, it also performs inspection for items that are difficult to inspect using visual checks by operators. The maintenance history and inspection results are automatically registered to the system.

Auto Head Cleaner-R

Easy and reliable head maintenance. No training required
Automatically cleans and performs a series of maintenance tasks including cleaning the air channels inside the head and inspections. Maintenance quality is more stable and work time can be significantly reduced, compared with manual work. Accurately diagnoses the condition of heads with the enhanced inspection functions.

Auto Splicing Unit

It is not easy to maintain splicing quality when continuously splicing a huge number of tape reels. Splicing with low work quality causes short stops and becomes a factor in lowering productivity.
The Auto Splicing Unit automatically performs splicing work traditionally performed manually. Automating the splicing work makes quality stable and reduces the work time. Also, occurrences of short stops can be reduced and high productivity is maintained.

Operators on SMT lines perform a wide variety of tasks. Of these, supplying parts to the placement machines is the most demanding, accounting for more than 30% of the total workload. The timing for performing this work often overlaps with that for other tasks and such concentrated workloads can cause supply delays and human errors, resulting in production stops.
