Our integrated production system, Nexim is used by many companies as a system for collectively managing items such as schedule management, programming, progress monitoring and analysis, maintenance, and inventory control in the SMT processes.
We are currently offering a free trial of the following Nexim option functions.
Examples of option functions that can be tried out
- Traceability
Link information for production machines, production date, panel ID, part ID, and placements on the panel can be stored and displayed in a report format. It is possible to manage information about parts to be placed on each panel and trace production information later.
- Group device production
Performs group device production in which support can be provided for producing items such as LED boards. This is suitable for placement to keep the same lighting level. This reduces operation mistakes made by operators.
- Dynamic AVL
When using the same part from different manufacturers, it is possible to switch the corresponding data to other registered shape data, package data, and part supply direction without changing jobs.
- Free feeder allocation
Enables production in which feeders can be allocated to positions different from those specified in the job. This means that feeders do not need to be set to particular slots when resupplying parts.
- MES interface, SECS/GEM interface
Establishes communication between the Fuji system and the system (user host system) a user want to use. Part verification decisions, panel conveyance possibility decisions, job changeover instructions, machine stop commands, production information and traceability collection, and job data transfer can be performed by the upper host system.
- FSF Mobile Conductor
FSF Mobile Conductor is a support tool for operators, that lets them know when an error or warning has occurred at a machine within the SMT line by sending a notification to their mobile devices, so that they can respond quickly. (Mobile devices need to be prepared by users.)
