Fuji has been working to innovate production sites with the NXTR concept of "three zeros": zero placement defects, zero machine stops, and zero machine operators. A variety of issues at production sites have been solved from the source and thus these have been reduced to zero.
This time, we have set a new challenge: "zero placement limits". This expresses our strong will to redefine the common knowledge of placement technology and achieve a new perspective in production. We will continue to challenge the cutting edge of SMT placement and reduce the placements that cannot be performed to "zero".
"Target zero" is a solution that adds "zero placement limits" to the previous three zeros. An evolution is spreading in all markets, including smartphones, SiPs, servers, and automotive.
We will continue to create the future of production sites, not only by pursuing machine performance but also by incorporating advanced technologies such as AI and data utilization. Beyond Target Zero, there are "highest quality" production sites co-created by users and Fuji. Fuji will continue to take on challenges that exceed limits, with an eye on the future.
